Alison is an East Coast native who has called California home for the past 15 years. A University of Delaware graduate with a master’s degree, she has built a career centered on working with diverse communities and advancing social justice. Her background includes serving as a research and project director, overseeing multiple grant-funded initiatives at an R1 research university, before bringing her expertise more directly into education and workforce development. In her current role as Workforce Development Manager, Alison is driven by a belief in meaningful opportunity and dignified work for all.
