Lauren has spent sixteen years in the corporate environment with FedEx, Capital One, Express Scripts and Cigna Healthcare. Her roles ranged from operations management and data analysis, to digital product and platform management and scaling software development frameworks to digital product strategy and designing marketplace platforms. At the core of every company objective and project are people that need to explain, support, measure and embrace change. This inspired Lauren to return to school to obtain a B.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  While in school and acting as the Director of Digital Product Strategy, Lauren's mom was diagnosed with cancer and she stepped down from her corporate life. Being present with those she loves, continuing her education and dedicating time and energy making her homesteading dreams a reality no longer took a back seat. Joining CAA is the next part of her journey in creating a life that contributes positively to the amazing individuals around her.
