Workforce Development Program

Pathways to Empowerment

Welcome To the Workforce Development Program!

Our workforce development pathways are designed to empower students and individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. These pathways offer a unique opportunity for CAA students to gain practical, hands-on workplace experience through shadowing, assisting staff, and on-the-job training. These programs are an excellent pathway for students to build valuable skills, expand their professional networks, and set themselves up for future career success.

Cardinal Apprenticeship Pathway

The Cardinal Apprenticeship Pathway (CAP) is a three-level program that guides CAA graduate students from foundational training to contracted hourly paid work experience options. This pathway helps students gain valuable work-based learning to build professional skills and explore employment opportunities.
