Student Admissions & Enrollment Steps

Becoming a CAA Cardinal Student

All admissions and enrollment steps must be completed before the deadlines to be eligible to request classes your first semester.

  1. CHECK OUT THE CAA WEBSITE
Explore the CAA website for information about our course offerings, tuition payment options, donation opportunities, as well as upcoming events and community partnerships.

  2. TAKE A PROSPECTIVE STUDENT TOUR
Sign up for a tour through the
tours page on CAA's website. You can attend either in person or over Zoom. The tour must be attended by both the student and the caregiver. You'll meet
with some of our staff and hear from our CAA students why they love being a CAA Cardinal.

  3. SUBMIT THE NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FORM
Accept the email invitation and complete the demographic information to finish setting up
your CAA account. Completing this form will activate your CAA registration portal.

  4. APPROVE STUDENT HANDBOOK AND LIABILITY DOCS
Documents will be delivered via DocuSign. Download, read in full, and keep handy for
reference. Acknowledgement signatures via DocuSign is required to access the course
registration system. The timely approval of these documents will ensure your eligibility to
    register for classes.

  5. REGISTER TO RECEIVE WEEKLY EMAIL UPDATES
    Please
register to receive our weekly email updates. Important dates, news, announcements, as well as upcoming events are communicated every Monday in this important email.

  6. COURSE REGISTRATION
    Complete class selections through CAA's
registration portal. New students will be limited to 3 classes your first term, including a mandatory Welcome to CAA class. During your first term our Student Services team will reach out and schedule a Student Intake meeting with you to discuss your education goals and vision for attending CAA.

Congratulations

YOU'RE NOW A CAA CARDINAL STUDENT!

If a deadline is missed, students are encouraged to enroll for the next term since the College of
Adaptive Arts is a lifelong learning model.
