#CollegeofAdaptiveArts Mission Moment:

A new professor to the College of Adaptive Arts who had not had a lot of experience with adults with special needs walked into Professor De’s office after working at CAA for over a quarter. He shared an epiphany: “When I’m out in the community, sometimes people call me names because of am I a different nationality. Whatever – I deal with it. But when I see these adults in the community, they are often completely overlooked – invisible. And that is not ok.”
Showcasing Student Artistic Creations:
Here is a photo of one of CAA’s many guitarists playing an adaptive guitar using a Chord Buddy device that allows students to play chords by pushing one colored-button. Please visit CAA’s ever-growing Student Showcase Gallery.
